Civil engineer, licensed GC, and founder of W Rondon Construction. Claudio brings 20+ years of American construction experience, an engineer’s precision, and a world traveler’s design sensibility to every project he leads.
Annelise Wenzel Rondon
Quality assurance manager
Claudio’s partner in life and in business for 26 years, Annelise oversees quality control across every project — ensuring that what leaves our hands meets the standard the Rondon name stands for. No one is better suited for the role.
Mark Devlin

In 16 years working alongside Claudio, Mark has become the backbone of day-to-day operations on the job site. His dedication to our clients and his natural instinct for this work are qualities Claudio says he has rarely seen in anyone else.

Home Designer & Architect
Trained as an architect in Brazil, Lidia brings a refined design eye to every residential project. She also happens to be Claudio’s younger sister — which means design runs in the family.
